女性ヴォーカリスト+男性ギタリスト×2という編成のユニット、通称トマキューのファースト・アルバム。純粋なポップスを11曲展開する。サウンド的にも涼やかな音色が使われる楽曲が多いのだが、ヴォーカル・西村ちさとの声質および歌い方が、それ以上にクール。おもしろいタイプのシンガーだ。特に7曲目の「雨降りチャプチャプ」はかなり音域の広い曲で、冒頭の男性と見まがう声の出し方から、サビの張り上げる高音部への展開がすごい。シングルにもなった「私がいるよ」は、テレビ・アニメ『ONE PIECE』の主題歌。 (楡崎明生) --- 2001年06月号

初めて、このCDを手にしたときはM-1の「私がいるよ」しか知らなかったのですが、実際聞いてみると、半分近くの曲が「あれ？どこかで聴いたことがあるなぁ・・・」という感じでした。それだけたくさんタイアップされていたということです。いまオススメのアーティストです。

僕は当時高校生で発売日に買いましたが未だによく聴いてます。
当時地元のローカル局が放送終了後にカラーバー上で流していたのですが、そこで聴いた雨降りチャプチャプに凄く惹かれました。
アーティスト名も曲名も知らなかったけど必死に探して買いました。
切ないメロディーに力強いボーカルがよく合ってて凄く好きな曲です。
もちろん他の曲もおすすめですよ。
