惜しくも故人となってしまった相米慎二監督の遺作である、
「風花（かざはな）」のサウンドトラック。
手掛けるのはジャパニーズアンダーグラウンドシ―ンの筆頭であった、
「Ground-Zero」のリーダーである大友良英氏。氏は中国映画などの
サントラも幾つか担当されている。内容はというと劇中のシーンをそのまま

サントラに移行して、サインウェーブなどの音響処理を施すといったもの。
映画を音で「聴いて」楽しむことができる素晴らしい作品だと思います。
アコースティックな音色とどこか冷淡さを想起させる電子音が絡み、
映画の映像とマッチしている。氏の創る音は今も昔もアヴァンギャルドな視点を持ちつづけている。
