たまは柳原さんがいた頃のものしか聴いたことありませんでした。そのまま10年くらいがたち、「あぁ、まだ活動していたんだ。」と思い、このCDを手にとって聴いてみて、本当に驚きました。3人になってからもこんな素晴らしい曲を作り続けていたんだと感動し、改めてたまにはまっています。このCDはアコースティックで録音されたものですが、全体にリヴァーブがかかっていて小さなホールで生演奏を聴いているような臨場感があります。曲の良さもあいまって、寒い冬の夜の透き通った空気をリアルに感じさせる、そんなアルバムです。

　アコースティックな楽器のみで構成されたアルバム。よりチープな音づくりなので「しょぼたま」だということです。

　ナイロン１００℃の芝居『薔薇と大砲　~フリドニア日記＃２~』（たまのメンバーも出演）の舞台でも歌われた「おおホーリーナイト」「ぎが」「ぼけ」や，その他の楽曲が収録されています。なお私のお薦めは，一曲目の「月のひざし」です。

不思議で可愛くてちょっと不気味で，切ない味わいのあるアルバムです。「おおホーリーナイト」と「ぎが」はクリスマスに聴くと心に沁みます。

真っ暗で静かな寒い冬の夜にぴったりなアルバムです。
ジャケットも寒さを感じさせます。
もちろん曲も、いいたまの余韻にひたれます。
「ぎが」が好き。
個人的には、インストアライブで購入したため、サイン＆握手付で
思い出の一枚です。解散してしまい残念。。
