角川映画の著名な作品を選りすぐって集められた、主題歌のオムニバスアルバム。お勧めは「全て」と言いたいところだが、「セーラー服と機関銃」と「時をかける少女」は、残念なことに曲が変更されているため、購入には注意が必要だ。私としては、「汚れた英雄」と「里見八犬伝」がお勧め。角川春樹事務所創立１０周年を記念して作られたＣＤなら、当時の曲をそのままの状態でリリースするのが当然だと思うのだが・・・。「幻魔大戦」のエンディング曲である、「光の天使」が収録されていないのも減点対象。音質的には、別ＣＤの「幻魔大戦」サントラと同程度と考えてもらって良い。これらの時代の曲をＣＤで聴けるという利点はあるが、満足出来ない仕上がりを是認することは困難を極める。

『里見八犬伝』の主題歌が収録された、数少ないＣＤ。
目当てはもちろんこの主題歌でしたが、聴いてみて感動
したのが『野生の証明』主題歌の『戦士の休息』
『人間の証明』の主題歌の２曲でした。
正直、『里見』の主題歌以外は期待してませんでしたが
この２曲を手に出来たのは、嬉しい誤算でした！。

角川のヒット映画の歌を集めたこのＣＤ。かなり良い線いって
ると思うんですが、『里見』もうひとつのテーマソングである
『八犬士のテーマ』が入っていないのが、どうにも悔やまれます！。
この名曲が入っていれば、個人的にはパーフェクトだったんですけど・・・。
あっ、それと『２代目はクリスチャン』の主題歌も！。
この２曲も、ぜひ商品化を！！。

　当時の角川映画ファンなら誰でも知っている名曲ぞろいです。このアルバムは昔はレコードでありましてレンタルレコード店のスタンプを貯めてリクエストした思い出があります。映画と小説と主題歌がそれぞれ、ファンの心をくすぐる演出は角川グループのお家芸でしょう。二本立ての映画もよく見に行った事が思い出されます。あの時の自分に戻れる一枚です。特に「汚れた英雄」はバイクに乗っている時に聞くと興奮される方も多いのでは？
