すごくイスラムチックな曲で、聞いていると心がとても落ち着きます。詞もすごく良くて、文学的です。全体的にエキゾチックな雰囲気を醸し出している作品です。これはかなりオススメです。一度聞いてみてください!!

CDショップに売れ残りとして50%オフで売られていなかったら恐らく自分はCOCK ROACHを知らぬまま生きる羽目になっていたことでしょう。
初めて虫の夢死を聴いてなんじゃこれ!と衝撃を受け、最後に夢死の虫を聴く頃にはすっかりCOCK ROACHの世界に引き込まれ必死CDを探し回る自分がいました。
仁平さん独特の詩もさることながら今までギターの音にしか注目してなかった自分にベースのよさを分からせてくれたCDでもあります。
解散してしまったのが淋しい限りです。

とにかく是非聴いて欲しい一枚。

バックホーンが影響を受けたというがわかります。今というより初期のバックホーンにちかいとおもいました。インディーの作品なのでサウンドも荒っぽいし演奏もうまくはないですがそれも雰囲気に合っているのでいいと思います。歌詞は僕はすきですが、わからない人にはわからないでしょうね。どの曲にもいいメロディーがあるからもうちょっと構成をすっきりさせたらもっと広く受け入れられたんじゃないかな？と思いました。バックホーンが好きな人は聞いてみる価値があると思います。孔子の歌、鴉葬、触角がよかった。
