90年代末よりレゲエ、ダブ・シーンで注目を浴びるロッキングタイム。最近、12インチ・アナログ・アルバムをリリースするなど精力的な活動をしているが、この作品は98年にリリースされたファースト・アルバムの再発。レーベルの消滅により世から姿を失っていた不遇な一枚であったが、レゲエをベースにした日本人の心を打つ歌謡曲チックで心地よいソングライティングが再び聴けるのは非常に嬉しいことだ。どこかしら坂本九を連想させ、日本人の心のすき間を埋める飾り気の少ない温かいサウンドは、日常生活の良薬になるのだ。 (石塚隆) --- 2001年04月号

現在、解散状態になってしまっている、
日本を代表するロックステディバンド、
ROCKING TIME の再発１stアルバム。
哀愁漂うボーカルの今野に、夏を思わせる爽やかなリズム。必聴です。
