この後の作品とは一味違った、
なんともいえない情感の漂う一枚。
デビュー作なので、音的にいかにもインディーズって感じで、
演奏も不安定な感じなんだけど、むしろそこが魅力かも。
曲が良いです。

ちょっぴり陰のある感じの
ポストロック系、音響系ギターポップ。
ただメロディがきれいなだけじゃなくて、
なんか切ないような、、、。

女性ヴォーカルなんですが、
ジュリア・フォーダムやビバリー・クレイヴァン、
ナタリー・マーチャントに近いセンスも感じます。

このCDは、アンビエント系というのか音響派というのかわからないけど、
日曜の深夜とかに独りで聴くといいかもしれない。
どこがいいかと聞かれると結構むずかしい。
メロディもすごくいいってわけじゃないし、ボーカルにも全く力がない。
でもいいよ。ある種のモードの時にはぴったり。お奨めです。

彼らの曲を｢美しい｣と形容するのはあんまりふさわしくない気がします。
