デビューしてから2枚目のアルバム。
さまざまなジャンルの曲を取り入れてあるので飽きない。
私が好きなのは「雨が空を捨てる日は」「冬を待つ季節」「真直な線」など。
この頃からすでに詞を大切にしているのがよく解る。

他の方の評価が低かったので驚きました。
私が☆☆☆☆☆をつけたいアルバムのうちのひとつだったので。
（ほかには、「臨月」「グッバイガール」「私の声が聞こえますか」などなど）
ほかのアーティストでもそうですが、２枚目のアルバムは才能が開花する時なので「当たり」が多いです。

遊び心も感じられる構成で、ファン以外の人にも聴いてほしい一枚と思う。
ちなみに私のお気にいりは「１」「４」「５」「７」「８」「１０」♪

70年代の東映映画のような場末感が最高にかっこいい一枚。
キーワードは「旅」「雨」「夜」。
どれも＋のテーマではないけれど、曲調やアレンジの瑞々しさに救われて全体として重くならず、晴れやかな印象がある。ロードムービーのような流れるような展開。
M1、M4は、ちあきなおみもカバーしている。

　歌い方やメロディがそれぞれ違っていても１つのアルバムになっている。
　個人的には１ｓｔよりもこちらのほうがもっとオリジナリティがあって好きな作品。
