10年以上もスカのトップ・シーンを走っているというのに、この衰えを知らぬパワーはまさに底なし。今作は昨年行なわれた“GUNSLINGERSツアー”の模様を収録したライヴ盤。ライヴでしか聴けないカヴァー、未収録新曲のあるのは楽しみだが、なんといってもスカパラ独自の緊迫した男気のあるライヴ感がグー。エンタテインメントとしてのライヴ完成度は他のスカ・バンドの追従を許さない。うーん、ベテランの成せる技なのかなとも思うが「常にリフレッシュを!」という彼らの姿勢が魅力的なステージを作っているのであろうね。 (石塚隆) --- 2001年04月号

まずライブである。そして選曲がどれもおいしい。
ライブに行ったことのある人は、この1枚を聞いていると自然と体が動いてしまうでしょう。
臨場感溢れる音は、明らかにメンバーのパワーの違いを感じることが出来ます。音が熱い！
「ルパン三世’78」「SKA ME CRAZY」はスカパラのアルバムでは
これにしか今は入っていないのかな？

何より、スカパラの音はどんどん進化します。
過去のアルバムに収録されたタイトルでも、『Gunlinger』では全く新しい音で感動をさせてくれます。

とりあえずスカパラ最高。
このＣＤを聴くと「生」の音が感じられてかなりジンジンきます。
自分はライブには行ったことがないのですがこれを聴いたら行きたくなってしまいました。
とにかくカッコイイ！心が躍り、血沸き肉踊る状態です！！

オススメ！みんなで聴けばなお楽しい！！
