　EDGUYの若き天才、トビアス・サメットのソロプロジェクト。もうとにかく、ゲスト陣が凄過ぎる。マイケル・キスク(EX.HELLOWEEN)、カイ・ハンセン(GAMMA RAY)、マーカス・グロスコフ(HELLOWEEN)、ティモ・トルキ(STRATOVARIUS)、アレックス・ホルザーフ(RHAPSODY)、アンドレ・マトス(EX.ANGRA)等と、これでお腹いっぱいにならないメタルファンはいないでしょう。

　また、その豪華なゲスト陣に負けない程、曲の完成度もズバ抜けているし、トビアスのボーカルも素晴らしい。
　タイトルが示す程にオペラ色は強くないが、メロディック・パワーメタルの最高峰に位置する作品だ！！！名盤。

EDGUYの若き天才、トビアス・サメットのメタル・オペラ・プロジェクトの第１弾。

なんと言っても注目すべきはその豪華なゲスト陣。
ヴォーカルでは、名前は隠しているがかの有名なマイケル・キス○（元HELLOWEEN）に始まり、カイ・ハンセン（GAMMA　RAY）、アンドレ・マトス（元ANGRA〜現SHAMAN）、ロブ・ロック（元IMPELLITTERI）、オリヴァー・ハートマン（元AT　VANCE）、デヴィッド・ディフェイス（VIRGIN　STEELE）などその界隈で名を馳せる面子が大集合。
バック陣もヘニユ・リヒター（Gr：GAMMA　RAY）やマーカス・グロスコフ（ｂ：HELLOWEEN）、アレックス・ホルツワース！！（Dr：RHAPSODY）らがきっちり固めている。

前置きが長くなってしまったが、肝心な内容の方はというと、オペラとは言いつつも、非常に聴きやすいメロディック・メタルであり、楽曲もスケール感のあるハイ・クオリティなモノ。難解なイメージは皆無である。

個々の楽曲一つ一つ、独立して聴くことができるし、まとめてコンセプト作としても楽しむことができる秀作。
それぞれのゲストをたどっていくのも幅が広がって面白いと思いますよ（＾＾
多少は方向性は違えど、みんな高品質のメロディック・メタルをやってますので。

ブルース・ディッキンソン（アイアンメイデン）バリのＶＯＣＡＬに、壮大なグランドハードメタルオペラサウンドを合体させた、とてつもなくスケールのでかいアルバムです。
ソナタアークティカをよりブリティッシュメタルに近づけたバント゛と言えば伝わるでしょうか。但し、スケールの大きさは比べ物になりません。
総体的評価としては、よくありがちなただ速いという様な表面的なテクバンドではなくて、演奏・曲作り・構成面でのテクバンドと言えるでしょう。つまり、必ず鳥肌がたつ場面に遭遇するという事ですヨ！
