人生に疲れていませんか？　今の社会ってなんか変！　と感じてはいませんか？　いぃ薬がありますよ、お客さん！ この物語は、魔王ギリを倒すために選ばれた(？)勇者と魔法使いが冒険をするというもの。が、しかし、どっちもやる気があるのかないのかわからない少年と少女。いろいろなイベントの中で、のらりくらりと勇者っぷりを発揮していくストーリー。全編に渡ってちりばめられたギャグは、その場で笑えるモノから後からジワジワ来るモノまでいろいろである。現実に疲れたら、ちょいとグルグルの世界に浸ってみようよ！

当時小学生だった自分には衝撃的なアニメでした。
キャラもストーリーも大好きで、物凄くハマっていたのを覚えています。
何度もレンタルして見ましたね〜。

ＢＯＸが発売していることを知り、すぐさま１・２巻まとめ買いです。
今ではもう社会人ですが、良いアニメはいくつになって見ても良いアニメだと実感です。
グルグルは私が初めて好きになったアニメ作品なので、一生の宝物です。
個人的なことですが、キャラデザ・ストーリー・声優など、この第一期のほうが私は好きですね。

真実の『愛』がここにある。
人が人として最も大切にすべき感情その全てが詰まったこのアニメは、
もはや国宝そのものだと想う。グルグルは世界を救います。
