4.0 out of 5 stars ８０年代　ＵＫで最もソウルフルな白人のバンド, 2005/7/17
この時期はまだ白人がソウルフルな曲をやるとブルーアイドソウルといわれていた。彼らは初期の頃はピコピコしたニューウェーブ系の曲をやっていたが後半から歌を聴かせるソウルフルな密度の濃い楽曲をやるようになった。
サックスが良いスパイスになっていて８０年代のブルーアイドソウルのバンドの中では最も楽曲のクオリティーも高く聴きやすい。８０年代のＵＫのこういった種類のバンドの中ではシンプリーレッドより断然好きだった。ちなみに「トゥルー」と「ゴールド」は彼らの代表曲だ。
