「コンサート」から「夜会」へと移り変わっていく最初であり、中島みゆきの世界が、コンサートホールへ足を運ぶ事の出来ない人にも公平に開かれていく第一歩でもありました。今までの「コンサート」では味わえない中島みゆきの魅力を、期待と不安を抱えながらじっくりのめり込んでいくことの出来る作品です。彼女の魅力を一言で表現するなら「人間性」だと思います。個人的にお付き合いをさせていただいているわけではありませんが、彼女の歌はその事を教えてくれています。高さと深さと幅と長さを持った、血の通った、体温のある、人としての魅力がそこにあるのです。この「夜会VOL.3KAN（邯鄲）TAN」は、そうしたものがすべて凝縮されているように思います。人を最後には幸福感に満たしてくれる、決して期待裏切る事のない中島みゆきの世界。この「夜会」を見終わった頃はきっと、暖かい気持ちと希望とで幸福を味わっているに違いありません。

Vol.2まで、まだコンサート形態を踏襲していたのだが、
この回から、ストーリーがずっとはっきりしていて驚きました。
しかも夜会で初めて歌われる歌も作られるようになり、本当に感動しました。

パーティ帰りの雪の中から始まる話は、夢から夢へとどんどん続いていき、
それに合わせて衣裳や出てくるものが変わったりして、
次はどうなるんだろうとワクワクした気分でした。
特に「傾斜」あたりからのくだりは本当にワクワクもの。
白髪の老婆になったり、火が出てきたり、豪華なパーティを垣間見る扉が現れたり、
そして最初のようにまた雪が降り出したりと、
まるでミュージカルを見るかのような「夜会」のベースがこの回できたのだと思います。

この夜会で初出となる「萩野原」「殺してしまおう」「I love him」は、いずれも名曲。
ピアノのオクターブの連打のうちに始まる、本当に吹っ切れた気分の「殺してしまおう」、
これだけ歌われると気持ちがいいです。
「I love him」は「10 wings」でスタジオ録音されていますが、
ここで聞けるものの方が遥かに素晴らしいです。

「La La La」が聞けたり、「黄色い犬」や「シュガー」などの曲も、豪華な演出で見られ、
本当に贅沢な一時を過ごせます。

夜会をはじめて3年目。サブタイトルもついて作品として内容もわかりやすくなった。
もちろん歌もすばらしいがコーラスの二人がうさぎに変装して関西弁を
しゃべったりするのも楽しい。
後半、コーラスガール風のなんとも色っぽいみゆきさんにはびっくりする。
男の子や女の子、最後には老婆にまでなってしまう変幻自在の
みゆきさんは何者？
見応え十分！
