世界に知られる彼らBoys Air Choir。そんな彼らの今回の作品は未だに新しい発見が耐えないと言われているバッハのナンバーで構成されています。

歌声もさることながら、彼らがもっとも大事としているのは歌詞を理解する事だそうです。歌詞を本当に理解してこそ、初めて最高の作品に仕上がると思うと言っている彼らだからこそ奏でる事の出来る最高のボーイソプラノミュージックの一つにふさわしい１枚だと思います。

まず、惹かれるのはCDのジャケット。いわゆる＜少年合唱団＞というものとは少々異質な雰囲気を醸し出し、なおかつ、中の透明感溢れる音が聞えてきそうだった。全体的に流れるものはその【透明感】と【嫌味のない清々しさ】特に、２曲目の３声のインヴェンションは素晴らしい。選曲の構成も動、静、陰、陽と同じ雰囲気を持ってこないところが聴き易い。重々しさを感じさせない文字通りのAir　Ｃhoir、空気の精霊達の音楽だ。

タイトル通り、バッハの曲ばかりを集めたアルバムです。
躍動感のある曲が多く飽きのこない構成で、じっくりとボーイソプラノを堪能できます。澄んだ歌声と、完璧なハーモニーはさすが！
有名な曲も多くカバーしてあり、「あっ、聴いたことある！」とクラシックや教会音楽に縁の無い方でも楽しめます。
