突発的に「春の祭典」を聴きたくなったので軽い気持ちで探しに行ってみると、カラヤン・マルケヴィッチ・デュトワというすごい指揮者が揃っているこのＣＤを見つけてしまった。

カラヤン指揮する「春の祭典」はロシアの山猿まるだしのはげしさそして泥泥しさ、ややもすれば性的興奮まで喚起してしまうすさまじさだ（もっとも僕は、この曲に関して言えばマルケヴィッチ指揮のほうが好みである）。

ところで「春の祭典」のパリ初演では、こんなもの音楽ではないとさんざん批判されたという。しかし現在ではこのとおり受け入れられている。これは時代の流れなのか、人間の批判能力など所詮排他的なだけなのか？
