このCDは、過去あったような半端な音楽集ではなく、あの傑作「さらば宇宙戦艦ヤマト」の劇場公開時の音楽を完璧に再現したサントラです。
目を真っ赤にして劇場から出てきた貴方なら、このCDを聴けば思い出せるはずです。

男声のアカペラで静かな宇宙空間に響くヤマトのテーマ。
そしてそれに続く美しい「大いなる愛」のメロディ。

・・・きっと、あの日に帰れます。

この間ＷＯＷＯＷで”宇宙戦艦ヤマト劇場シリーズ”が一挙公開され思わず見入ってしまいました。その中でも”さらば宇宙戦艦ヤマト-愛の戦士たち-”は今見ても最高傑作ですね。
この作品は私が小学校高学年頃の作品ですが、当時の友達のこととかが（忘れていた事）この作品で思い出します（そして時は流れた）。

仕事中もスキャットの”川島和子”さんの美声が脳裏から離れず、ついこのＣＤを購入しました。音楽は劇場版に使用された曲全てが入っています（ジュリーの美声はありませんが）。
この音楽だけでも感動で”涙”があふれてきます。アニメの音楽とは思えない最高の傑作だと思います。
”川島和子”さんの美声が、私の心を･･･。

CDの冒頭に収録の『白色彗星(M-1,1A,1B)』のパイプオルガンと『メインタイトル(M-2)』のロマンチックな大宇宙を想起させる女声…これを聞いただけで＜ヤマト＞の独特な雰囲気が頭の中に甦ります!!
『英雄の丘(M-6~M-7)』、『デスラー総統(M-32~M-33~M-34~M-36)』、『真赤なスカーフ』、『超巨大戦艦の出現(M-64,M-64A)』…好きな曲ばかりで嬉々として聴いたCDでした…

20年以上前の作品ですが、＜ヤマト＞は相当に音楽に力が入った作品であることに気付きます…
なかなか価値ある音楽集です!!
