現行君が代とは違う歌が明治初期に五つもあったとは。なぜ今の君が代になったのかなんて考えてしまう。フェントン版はなんだか味気ないが、和歌披講はお経を聞いているみたい。貴族はこんなふうに歌っていたのか~。唱歌は今でも歌えそうなテンポいい感じ。なんども聞いてしまった。他は時代ごとにアレンジした変形バージョンだが当時を彷彿とさせるもので情景が浮かんできそう。資料として購入したけれど、聴き応えあった♪

我が国の国歌「君が代」の歴史、演奏法、歌い方、様様なバリエーションなどまさに「君が代」の全てが分かる一枚。このＣＤを聞き、添付アルバムを読んで以降、「君が代」が何故あのような音階で演奏されるのかがよく分かりました。日本人なら必ず買え！なんて言うウヨク的なことは申しませんが、ウヨクの人も、サヨクの人も、そうでない人も、我が国の国歌がどんな曲なのか少しでも興味のある方は、是非一度はこのアルバムを視聴してみることをお奨めします。
