８０年代初期の頃、少し変化を見せたアルバムとも言えます。パワーアップしていますね。
アルバムは全体的に非常に纏まった良い出来です。
コーラスも、相変わらす素晴らしいものがあります。
初期の作品と比べますと少々派手差がありますが、元気が沸いてくる。とても格好いいアルバムです。

８０年発表。デニス・ウィルソンの事故死を乗り越えて製作されたアルバム。ブルース・ジョンストンがプロデュースを手掛けており、ジョー・ウォルシュ、ダリル・ドラゴンらも参加している。前作のＬ．Ａ．アルバムの雰囲気を受け継いだ優れた作品を多く含んだ作品で、爽快な１．穏やかな名バラード２．６０年代のビーチボーイズ・サウンドをコミカルに再現したかのような３．この時代の代表作の一つ６．など名曲揃いのアルバムだと思う。この後アルバムが発表されるが８５年ということになるので、一つの区切りのような作品とも言えるだろうが、そういう意味に置いてもかなり力の入った作品ではないか？と思う。明るいサウンドにセンチなメロディ乗る４．や、学生時代に思いをよせる５．など懐古的な部分を見せるのはデニスの死の影響からだろうか？表面的な明るさの中にちょっぴり寂しさのようなものが伝わってくる作品だが、絶対に外せない一枚だと思う。
