今、思い返してみて、当時は、チューリップのファンだったけれど、そんな飛びぬけて凄いとは思わなかった。でも､今聞き返してみて、チューリップのファンだったことを誇りに思う。財津は天才的だし、今聞き返してこそ、当時のことがよくわかることだってある。「青春のエピローグ」は、かなりのファンでも知らない名曲だと思う。これが「ＷＥＬＣＯＭＥ　ＴＯ　ＭＹ　ＨＯＵＳＥ」に入るはずの曲だったと知って、当時のファンなら、ある程度ピンとくる。けれど、これを発表しなかったわけもよくわかる。財津の「僕がつくった愛のうた」も、とてもよくわかる。懐かしくも、その真実に涙が出そうになってしまうのは、私だけなのだろうか？ファンは聞かねばならない。

「たえちゃん」の無修正バージョンが入っているという理由でゲットしてしまいました。やはり、傑作です。おどろいたのは、タイトルなしの未完品で、ベースのハイトーンのイントロから始まり、ドラムのリズムパターンが、ハイハットオープンのシンコペーションをカッコ良く決めている事。本編に、こんなにアグレッシブな上田さんのドラムを聴いたことなかったので、ビックリ。オクラが聴けて嬉しかった。あと、「与作」は爆笑。ファンなら、絶対ゲットすべし。「虹とスニーカーの頃」のオリジナルバージョンも、面白いですよ。

チューリップの未発表テイクを集めた、まさに今だから出来るファン垂涎のレアトラック集。

曲そのものが未発表のものも数多く収録されており、全編聴き所と言えるでしょう。特に「虹とスニーカーの頃」の別テイクは凄いですね、こんなバージョンがあったなんて・・・　大ヒットしたバージョンがいかにポップなものに改変されたかがわかります。

昔の未発表オリジナルアルバムを一枚聞いたような感じ。ファンの方には感涙ものの一枚です。
