主演の伊藤英明が見事に凛と静を演じている。兄と弟の感じがよく出ている。話しは非現実的だが面白くて引き込まれてしまう。母親役の大塚寧々が少し若すぎるかなとは思いますが、雰囲気的には合ってると思います。何と言っても伊藤英明の魅力たっぷりのドラマです。二役なので出まくりです。オープニングの曲もスティングの声がすごくいい。メーキングやアップその他いろいろ入っていて、ファンには絶対お勧めです。私は買ってから５回見ました。

漫画原作物の実写化は、どうあがいても役者さんとキャラクターに相当イメージギャップがあるので、以前からドラマ化を知っていたのですが、原作が好きな私は視聴には抵抗を感じておりました。レンタル店でこれを見かけたものの、一部の登場人物の設定等（特に長江兄弟と三上尊）もかなり大幅に変更されているので、ますます躊躇っていたのですが、いざ借りて視聴したら目から鱗（笑）でした。冒頭からすぐにドラマに引きこまれました。設定の違いも全然気にならなくなりました。原作のイメージとは明らかに違っているはずなのに伊藤英明氏の静と凛、安部氏のケン、そして岩城氏の雨宮恭一郎が違和感なくすんなり受け入れられたのは不思議。スティングのDESERT　ROSEの曲を使ったＯＰの美しさははっきりいって何度もリピートしたくなるほど快感です。結局、レンタルだけでは物足りなく全巻購入してしまいました。

4.0 out of 5 stars 遺伝子操作、殺人ウィルス･･･怖い話です。, 2006/5/18
原作は読んでいませんが、遺伝子操作人間、殺人ウィルスなどは、海外ドラマ、ハリウッド（ダークエンジェル、ミュータントX）でもこの時期大きく取り上げられたストーリーですが、日本版もあったんですね。
アクションシーンの迫力は余りありませんが、マトリックスのような、弾をよけるシーンもあったりします。不気味さは大いにあるので、星4つです。
俳優陣も豪華で、伊藤英明さんは、難しい二役を見事に演じきっています。個人的には、阿部寛さんの活躍がうれしかったりしますが、吹越満さんにはもっと出てほしかったです。
十分楽しめる作品だと思います。
