このアルバムを聞いたとたんに鳥肌がたった。
こんなに，ソウルフルに歌い上げるシンガーはあまりいないのではないか。
アメリカでも，人気みたいです。ライブパフォーマンスもすばらしく，圧倒されます。
近年，日本では，HIPHOPよりの軽いR&Bばかりが目立つので，彼女のようシンガーにあまりスポットがあたっていないような気がして残念。

そろそろ，軽いノリの音に飽食気味の人は必聴です。
常に手元においておきたい一枚になるはずです。

いいマテリアルを歌えば楽勝でノラジョーンズに勝てるすばらしいシンガー、コンポーザー。過小評価されすぎな部分が非常に残念。この人の弱点は『ち~~と歌い過ぎてしまう』部分。それは自分の歌唱力を過信し過ぎているからなのだが。ゴスペル、Ｒ＆Ｂ、ジャズをブレンドしたシンガースタイルはかなり刺激的。歌はかなりうまい。

１０点中６点　ジョージデュークがプロデュース

ミニー･リパートン「ラビング･ユー」を彷彿とさせる「超音波ハイトーン」も凄いが、全体の雰囲気がとても心地いい★スムース･ジャズというよりは、アシッド･ジャズに感覚が近いものや、まるで後期のスティーリーダンのような（１）なども嬉しい。全体に、穏やかでマッタリとした演奏が続くが、突如（６）のような超攻撃的な曲が、ヒョッコリ現れて、ちょっと焦る（笑い★）いいですよ★ジョージ･デューク＆レニー･カストロが参加。
