7年のブランク(その間も作曲家・セッションシンガーとして活躍)が
多少不安ではあったものの、届いた音はデビュー作にも似た肌触りの
優しいサウンド、熟成した歌声、美しいメロディーライン、どれも期
待通りでした。
キャロルキングやイヴァンリンス、ジェイグレイドンなどが共作者とし
て参加しているのも見逃せないところ。
ここからは「Catch On」「You Can't Hide Your Heart from Me」
「Something About Your Love」「Walkin' in New York」の4曲が
米国でシングルカットされています。
日本盤にはナント!!２曲のボーナス・トラックも収録されていて、
そのうちの1曲はジョーコッカーへの提供曲「ウェイワード・ソウル」
のセルフカヴァーです!!
