発売当時（８８年）としては驚異的な７６分、３０曲と言うボリュームが圧巻のベストアルバム。
彼らの代表曲を多数収録しており、充実の仕上がり。
これでもか、これでもかと炸裂するラモーンズ・サウンドに
彼らの残した功績の偉大さを感じ取ることができる。
ラモーンズの入り口としては正に最適なアルバムだ。

単なるパンクバンドではないと言う事がよく解る。

ベストアルバムというものは基本的にあまり好きではない。が、ラモーンズの音楽性から言ってこのようなアルバムのつくり方はとても楽しめる。ロックンロール、パンクの原点。暑苦しい主張や政治性など全く無し。これからラモーンズを聴きたい、パンクは初めて、長距離のドライブが多い、などといったような人たちにおすすめ。テンションがいつも低めな人にも是非。ラモーンズよ、永遠なれ。
