当時香取慎吾が主役を演じたＴＶドラマのサントラですが。
ドラマのOPとマッチしていたメインテーマのBANG BANG SHOOTがとにかくハードでカッコいいです。

FIRE DANCEはニュース等でよく使用されているので、誰でも一度は耳にする機会がある曲です。
こちらはドラマでもおいしい所で使用されていたので、トレーニング中等に聴くとテンション上がります。

ホラー映画風味のINTROから始まり、サントラ単体でもおもしろい試みが施されてます。

踊る大捜査線や恋人はスナイパーの音楽も担当する松本晃彦さんの作品なので、上記のドラマのファンの方も聞いてみると何かしら共通点が見つかるかもしれません。

ダンスミュージック・ハードロック・オーケストラ・デジタルなど、
さまざまな手法が入り混じる、テレビドラマとしてはかなり異色な出来のサントラ。
特にストリングスの挿入の仕方が上手い。

安っぽい作りのテレビドラマのサントラが多い中、
このクオリティとカッコ良さは特に抜きん出ている。

買えてよかったの一言に尽きる。それも新品だ。中学の時は、楽しいとも思わなかったこのドラマ。原作読んでハマりました。買うのにかなり苦労した甲斐がありました。私の宝物です。何十年後にプレミアつくかもね。
