このアルバムが出た当初は、【Ｂｅｓｔ　Ｏｆ　Ｖｏｌ．２】も作るという事だったのに、何故か【ヴェリー・ベスト・オブ・ヴァン・ヘイレン】という２枚組みのベスト・アルバムが発売される事になった。
このアルバムともダブっている曲が多く、何故、再びベストアルバムなのか？？？

古くからのファンには、デイヴとの新曲だけでも買うかちはあるかもしれないが・・・。
