槇原というＰＯＰＳ史に残るメロディメーカーの代表作中の代表作ですよね。サビのメロと“どんなときも”というキャッチさと、歌詞の青年の素直さ謙虚さが魅力です。「僕」という一人称を使わせたら、当時彼がいちばんリスナーと等身大の主人公を描いてくれていた気がします。

一方この頃の槇原の、声の通りの美しさも必聴ですね。この歌は彼の声だからこそ詞がいちばん私たちに響くんです。

年齢を問わず誰もが共感できる曲。音楽の教科書に載せてもいいと思います。国語で歌詞を味わってもいいかな？聴いてると生きる力が出てきます。どんなときも聴く人にエールを送る槇原の代表作。

誰もが聞いたことがあるであろう名曲!　歌詞の一つ一つが心にしみます。｢そしていつか誰かを愛し　その人を守れる強さを　自分の力に変えて行けるように」という歌詞が大好きです。
