日本国内盤なので日本語訳された歌詞も載っているものだと思って購入しましたが、日本語訳されていたのはライナーノーツだけでした。
しかし不満なのはこの点だけです。

はじめてモンキーズのＣＤを聞いたのですが、良い意味で非常に驚きました。
このＣＤに収録されているのは、よくＣＭで耳にする曲ばかりの素晴らしい作品群です。

個人的なお気に入りは"I'm a Believer","Daydream Believer"です。
両方ともＣＭに使われている（使われていた）曲です。
洋楽が好きなら聞いておくべき１枚だと思いますよ。

「モンキーズ」って、ビートルズに対抗してアメリカで結成されたグループらしい、どんな音楽をやっていたのだろう。輸入盤はライナー・ノーツが英文で面倒くさいし、と思っている人にはお薦めの1枚です。シングル曲中心で、基本的にシングルバージョンです。「恋の合言葉」のシングルバージョンは、他のＣＤでは殆ど聴けないので、ファンの方もご注意を。豪華なソングライターによる曲は、どれも素晴らしいものばかりです。マニアの私もシングルバージョンのために買いました。お薦めです。
