個人的にはブルーハーツの最高傑作だと思っています。
演奏も彼らなりにまとまっているし、ヒロトの声は絶好調です。
楽曲も飛躍的にレベルが高くなってるように感じます。
そして嬉しいのは、彼らの好きな音楽、飾らない素の部分が見受けられる事。
今、総括すると、こういう作品を作れる才能があったことが
今でも現役で活躍出来る理由なんだと思います。

発売当時は、初期ブルハとのイメージの落差が大きすぎて、ほとんど聴いていなかったのですが、今聴くと、超傑作だと思います。あの頃は若すぎて、がむしゃらなエネルギーばかりを求めていたので、このアルバムの良さが分からなかったのでしょう。ピュアでがむしゃらな初期ブルハも大好きですが、タフでしたたかな後期ブルハの方が、今は好きかも知れません。

初期の若さや勢い、切なさに後期のような童謡に近い雰囲気や優しいイメロディーが見事に融合したバランスの取れたアルバム。今まで僕たちと等身大だったヒロトがいい意味で成長して「大人」になった、いや、「兄貴」になったように思う。

ブルハの曲はどうしてこんなにやさしいのでしょうか。染みてきます。
「夜の中を」や「ナビゲーター」も入っているしおすすめです。
