衝撃だ！完全に世界を構築している。
アクションはクールでスタイリッシュ。
画面の色使いも青を基調として冷たい感じでＧｏｏｄ！
ストーリーは予測不可能。何度観ても面白い！！
スミス役のヒューゴ・ウィービングいい味出してる。
彼の存在で映画が引き締まっている。
映像で魅せつつも、ストーリーが前面に押し出されていて、

映像はあくまでストーリーを引き立たせるためのものとして
絶妙のバランスをとっている。
ＳＦでありながらネオという一人の人物の成長の物語だ。

マトリックスシリーズ第一作目のこの作品では、今までにないユーモア度の高いストーリーが作り出されている。

人類が作り出したテクノロジーの未来、マトリックスの裏側では人間が発明した機械が、反対に人間を手玉に取り、自身のエネルギーとして使っていたのだった。

そして、そのまさに「不思議のアリス」の物語の中で繰り広げられる機械と人間の生存競争が｛救世主｝の登場によって幕を上げる。

マトリックスシリーズ最高の密度で、見るものを引き込む圧倒的な力を見せ付けた作品である。

まるで小説のような難解さが、私自身もマトリックスの奥へ奥へと心を突き動かされました。

見るものにしか分からないこの衝撃を体感していただきたい。

初めてこの作品に出会ったときは、本当に衝撃を受けた!
今更語る必要も無いだろうが、やはり映画界の新たな世界を築いた作品だけあり、何度観ても楽しめる。
アクション・ＣＧ・驚愕のストーリー、どれをとっても超一流の作品に仕上がっている。
映画ファンはもちろん、あまり映画を観ない人でも、手元に置いて何度でも鑑賞したい作品だ。
