カップリングの旅人は特に聞いて欲しい！！
葛藤の中の素直な気持ちを歌っていて、
これを聞いたら変化を含めてミスチルが好きになれるかも。

ミスチルといえばポップで生ぬるいイメージが強いと思いますが、
こういう毒のあるミスチルはいいですね。
意外とこういう毒を吐くようなシニカルなナンバーがしっくりと来るバンドになりました。
『エヴリバディ・ゴウズ』の再来のようなナンバーですね。
詩のシニカルな世界を感じながら、このアヴァンギャルドなノリを楽しんで欲しいナンバーです。

正直なところ万人ウケする曲ではないでしょうし、
恋歌を歌うミスチルが好き、って人は多いでしょうから賛否両論あると思います。
はっきりイってミスチルだから出せた、的なところも強いです。
とは言え、2『ラヴ・イズ・ブラインドネス』ではメロウなミスチルが、
3『旅人』ではポップなミスチルが聴ける、とツボはしっかりと抑えています。

一枚で色々なミスチルを楽しめるお得な秀作です。

　「マシンガンをぶっ放せ」は非常に個性的な曲。時事を織り込んだ社会批判的な歌詞、（いい意味で）ひねくれたメロディ。
　「LOVE IS BLINDNESS」は冷たい水を触ったような気分にさせられる曲だ。サビできちんと盛り上げてくれるところがさすがミスチル。
　「旅人」はポップな感じの曲調だが、歌詞は結構辛らつだと思う。この曲のメロディは耳に残る。
