　今や、これ以前の作品は廃盤になってるものも多いので、そうですね、シングル集というわけでもなく、ライヴなどでも定番になっていた代表曲も沢山網羅されていますので、一枚でかなり美味しいアルバムと言えると思います。ヴォリューム満点ですし。

　1「大釈迦」は格好良くて凄いですが、できれば原曲の「釈迦」（１stアルバム『仏陀Ｌ』収録）の方も聴いて欲しいかな、とは思います。『筋少の大水銀』というこちらはシングル集の方に、シングル・バージョンの「釈迦」も入ってた筈ですが‥‥。限定盤でしたっけ？あ、あと『高木ブー伝説』も。

　曲順もいい感じで、盛り上がれると思います。最後『パンクでポン』は貴重ですよ。

「この世を燃やしたって一番ダメな自分が残るぜ！」
この言葉は、このアルバムに入っている踊るダメ人間の歌詞で私の中にガツンときました。
結局どんなにこの世を憎んだりしても自分が変わるしかないと、私は解釈しています。
私は筋肉少女帯というバンド名に魅かれて買ったのですが、冒頭の言葉が聞けただけで買って良かったと思います。
もちろん他にもいい曲が入っていますよ。
９２年発売なので、今の歌ばかり聴いている人にはあまり耳なじみはよくないです。
しかし愛だの恋だの歌っていう歌には飽きた人やパンク、メタルが好きな人にはおススメできます。

大槻の歌詞はこれほどリリカルでオリジナリティに満ち溢れているが、かなり重い、重すぎる！高木ブー伝説はラブソングなんだ！一人でいるとマジで落ち込みます励まされます。勇気付けられます。本当は、大槻が表現の場をヘヴィメタに求めた初期アルバム<シスターストロベリー>がおすすめだが、すでに廃盤なのでこちらで堪能しよう。どーでもいいかもしれんが三柴のピアノ、横関のギター（どー聞いてもSヴァイ信奉者だろう）は本当にすごい！乱文すまぬ。
