本当です。
腹の底から自分自身を奮い立たせるような熱いものを感じます。
このアルバムは、英国の田舎で暮らす人々や風景を中心とした、
ちょっと切なく懐古的な構成になっています。
素朴な題材ながらもメッセージ性もあるこの作品は、
レイにしかできない独創的な世界が確立され、詩も楽曲も粒揃いです。
純粋に聴いて楽しんでもらえばいいのですが、
発表当時はあまり売れず、後々なって評価されたというのも、
このアルバムを語る上で大事な要素のひとつになっています。
（でも、発表当時は評論家受けが良かったらしいですよ。）
