シングル「栞のテーマ」が入っているアルバム。
このアルバムは今までのサザンとはちょっと雰囲気が違っていて、バラードが豊富に収録されている。

特に「朝方ムーンライト」「Ｈｅｌｌｏ　Ｍｙ　Ｌｏｖｅ」「素顔で踊らせて」なんて、ジーンと来るものがあります。

また、ちょっとお祭りチックな「我らパープー仲間」なんて、面白い歌も入っています。

全体的にバランスの良い仕上がり。上品なイメージがあります。

海、山、車の中ではなく、部屋の中で好きな人と一緒に聞いて欲しいアルバム。

別の方も書かれていますが、全体的に上品な構成でありながら、どこかにけだるさが漂う、不思議なアルバムです。

好きな人とリラックスしながらも、お互いの気持ちを高めていく、といったシチュエーションがすごく似つかわしい。

もっとも相手がサザンにちょっぴりでも理解があることが必要だけどね･･･(笑)

サザンといえば夏だけど、このアルバムは歌の内容のせいか夜の大人の世界のイメージが強いです。
男と女と酒とＨと、みたいな。
ステレオ太陽族は短い歌ながらも、男が女を見つめる時の感情の震えみたいなのが詰まっていて最高に好きです。
