私は彼女の存在とか強烈さがあまりにも凄いので共感しがたいのだけれども、引きつけられる魅力は否めません。

Ｃｏｃｃｏとして、その独自の世界観は他の誰かが容易に真似できるモノではないことだけ認めるし、少しも気取ったところがない野生さが純真さが今でも鮮烈です。

この作品はインディーズで当初リリースされて、メジャーデビュー作になったのだと雑誌か何かで知りました。まあ彼女の強烈さなら誰の目にもとまる、誰も放っておかないでしょう。

本タイトル作「カウントダウン」はサウンド・詩の世界いずれも凄い。これは激しい。憎しみと愛おしさと激情のスクリューボール。これが彼女のデビュー作。

でもね、サビで一瞬ですがミス・コードがあり(アルバム収録作では修正されている)そこが手作り感溢れていると言えるし、つたない彼女の世間に知らしめる衝撃の一曲になったことが今となっては可愛らしいことだと思います。

彼女のアルバムは生演奏が主体であること、バンドサウンドの激しさの美しさを貫いている事が素晴らしいです。

彼女のライブを観てみたい人はたくさんいると思うのですが。

Coccoのメジャーデビュー曲です。初期独得の激しく生々しく歌い上げる
Cocco節です!　Coccoいわく”愛の告白をするならバラードじゃなくって
激しいギター曲じゃないと!”とのことらしいです。
彼女にはそういう表現の方が自分を伝えられるんでしょうね。
まさに全身を、魂を、さらけ出した歌でしょう!　歌なのになんだか

手紙や詩を読んでいるような、そんな気になります。衝撃を受けること
間違いなしの一曲です。
このCoccoデビュー作から活動終了までの作品の変化を知るためにも
欠かせない曲だとも思いますのでぜひ聴いてみてはいかがでしょうか?

こっこの詩は心を鷲掴みにされる。私の心に押し込めている感情を彼女は吐き出させてくれる。彼女のような歌い手は私の人生の中でただひとりだと思います。「遺書」の愛した人の幸せを願う気持ち、だけど心の片隅には私を想ってほしい。いちばん愛した人に願う言葉をこっこは詩ってくれました。
