1996にリリースされた hal の 1st.アルバム。（ミニアルバム）
クラウドベリー・ジャムのプロデュースでスウェディッシュポップ色
を前面に押し出した作品。初期の hal はしばらくこの路線で進む。
本家・クラウドベリー・ジャムのヴォーカル、ジェニー・メディンの
卓越したドライブ感と比較してしまうと流石にキビシイが、それでも
ハイトーンというよりも中低域が通る彼女のヴォーカルは 17 歳(当時)
とは思えないほどしっかりしている。
[5] はクラウドベリー・ジャムのスマッシュ・ヒット曲のカバーだが、
本家よりもメロウな仕上がりとなっている。
ちなみに hal はクラウドベリー・ジャムの来日公演の際に楽屋を訪れ、
彼らの曲(Elevator)をその場で歌ってプロデュースを直談判したという。
・・・スゴイ行動力！
