テイチク盤の5人編成と比べると、ギター1本のアンサンブルは、より性急で、前のめりにドライブしてゆくシナロケに近く、鮎川のギターもより、激しく、ブルースよりの猥雑さがある。このメンバーでのサンハウスを二度観たが、「ロウパワー」の頃のイギー＆ストゥージズを思わせるものだった。
レコードの時代、このライブは、このCDより少ない曲数でレコードがあり、このCDより曲数が多い当日の全曲を収録したカセットがあった。どうせなら2枚組になってもいいから、カセットと同曲数のコンプリート版をインディーズからでもいいから（大手ビクターには期待できないから、ヴィヴィッドとかＰ-ＶＩＮＥ、ＭＳＩとか。どうせなら、再々復活盤「風よ吹け」を作った本家本元サンライズ2000に是非）当時の映像があればそれも含めて出して欲しい。それほど価値のあるライブ。もうひとつ希望を言えば、ルースターズ、村八分に匹敵する大全集ボックスも大いに希望する。そう思うのは私だけではないはず。

このアルバムは最初の発売当時、衝撃的でした。
その当時、既に伝説的存在であったサンハウスの再結成ライブは、伝説が未だ現在進行形である事を強烈に印象づけたものであった。
そして、おいらのロック・ミュージックに対する価値観を決定づけた一枚でもある。
ＣＤで再発され、オリジナル発売当時に収録されていなかった曲が収録されたり、歌詞の一部が意図的に削り取られていた箇所もノイズが取り除かれた形で発表され、ようやく本来の姿となった。
ロック・ミュージックを愛する人で、このＣＤをまだ聴いていない人には、是非とも聴いてもらいたい日本のロック史上でも群を抜くロックのライブアルバムであります。

オープニングアクトは大江が復帰したばかりのルースターズと、ＡＲＢ。
陽が完全に落ちた頃、ピンク・フロイドのあの曲が流れる中、メンバーが登場した。マコちゃんはグレーのトニック・スーツ。
アンコールの「やらないか」途中でキクはハーモニカを投げ捨て、それは僕の近くの男がナイス・キャッチした。
もう２０年も前の話である。

渋谷ライブ・インで披露した「アイム・ア・マン」がなかったのが
ほんのちょっとだけ、残念だった。
