静かな曲調と不思議な軟らかい響きが赤ちゃんだけでなくママもリラックスできました。実際聞いてる私の方が気持ちよくなって眠くっちゃう事が多かったです。

特に新生児期の泣き止まないとき、寝かしつけのとき、授乳のときにかけていました。泣き止むかどうかは個人差もあると思いますが、うちの場合は全然効果なしの時もあり、効果ありのときもあり、、って感じです。。でもママがリラックスできるのが赤ちゃんにも伝わると思うので、泣き止ませるため、、というより、ママと赤ちゃんのリラックスのために聴いていました。

　ドクン、ドクン・・・という心臓の音から始まるんですね。そして、もやっとした音で始まるくつろぎのひと時・・・。
　なぜか聞き入ってしまいます。決して著名なコンダクターが指揮棒振って、「聞け、名演奏だろ？」の類のものではないんですが、心が穏やかになって、ママだけじゃなく、パパもリラックスできると思いますよ。
　違うところにも書いたけど、私の兄は、私が息子（障害児）にこのＣＤを聞かせて何とか寝かしつけようと躍起になっていたまさにその時に死にました。その時に流れていたのが「シューベルトの子守唄」です。私がこの曲集で一番好きな曲です。そんなこんなで、ちょっと精神的衝撃（息子の障害と兄の死）を同時に受けた私の感想は参考にならないかもしれませんが、でも、間違いなく、これをかけると息子は泣きやみ（それも毎回２分以内でした）、やがてかわいい顔して寝付くんです。そしてオヤジも、その横で爆睡ものです・・・。
　こんなリラックスできるＣＤなのに、ママもこれを聞いてリラックスしたかっただろうに、私の兄の死で、全然くつろげなかったろうなと、たまにこれを聞くとそのときの事が思い出されます。ごめんなさい
　
　どうぞ、お子さんとゆったり気分で聞いてください。目覚めたとき、きっとあなたはお子さんと爆睡していたはずです。
