Japanese only SHM paper sleeve pressing. The SHM-CD [Super High Material CD] format features enhanced audio quality through the use of a special polycarbonate plastic. Using a process developed by JVC and Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing* SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc* allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. SHM-CD format CDs are fully compatible with standard CD players. 2009.

個人的にはナイト・レンジャーの作品の中で、サウンドのクオリティー、楽曲のクオリティー共に最高傑作だと思っているのだが、、、何故だか世間一般では評価が低いようである。　何故だ？！
今までのアルバムは、ナイト・レンジャーの売りの一つであるライブバンドらしい（かつアメリカンバンドらしい）ドライブ感の利いたゴキゲンにPOPなハードロック・ナンバーの中に、たぶんレコード会社サイドからの要請によるバラード・ナンバーを恣意的に混ぜ込んだ感が強く、つまり、この二者の調和がしていない感が強く、アルバム1枚を自然に通して聴けない。　バラード・ナンバーが悪い、好きじゃない、と言っているのではない。事実「Sister Christian」など個別に聴けば良い曲だと思うのだが、アルバムを通して聴こうとする違和感を感じて途中で止めてしまいたくなる。
ところが、このアルバムにはこういった違和感が全然感じず、アルバムを通しで自然に聴いてしまえる。　で、当然内容も良いので、もう一度聴きたいと思う。
あくまで僕個人の推測でしかないが、レコード会社の「シングルが売れる曲を作れ！」という圧力と、「とにかくゴキゲンなロックナンバーが聴きたい」というナイトレンジャー・フリークを喜ばしたいという気持ちとの狭間でアルバム作りに苦しんでいた前二作、だから個々の楽曲の出来が良いのにアルバムのトータリティー（総合的纏まり感）が悪かった。　この答えを彼らなりに得て吹っ切れた状態で作れたのが本作ではないかと思っている。
個々の楽曲の良さは以前のままでアルバムのトータリティーが確立できているので、悪い作品であるはずがない。
個人的には３曲目の「Love Is Standing Near」が、それまで見世物的であった８フィンガー奏法を音楽表現手法として必然性を感じさせるものに昇華したジェフ・ワトソンに「やったね！」とエールを送りたい。　この曲のＧソロの美しさは８フィンガー奏法抜きにはあり得ない！

　この４THアルバムに関する、最近のＢ！の記事で「クオリティは少々精彩を欠く」ですと！・・・どこが？ＬＰでいうところのＡ面なんて超素晴らしいじゃないですか！「ＲＡＩＮ〜」なんて彼らの曲中一番ドラマティックであるし、「ＣＯＬＯＲ〜」は彼ららしい（とくにジャック的な）明るい名曲！その他も「ＬＯＶＥ〜」「ＢＩＧ〜」「ＣＡＲＲＹ〜」「Ｉ　ＫＮＯＷ〜」もメロディアスな名曲。まぁ〜最後の「ＨＥＡＲＴＳ〜」はＮＲのバラードとしては個人的にはちょっと落ちるけど（３ＲＤの「ＳＥＮＴＩＭＥＮＴＡＬ〜」には敵わないね〜）。とにかくＮＲ聴いたことない方はこのアルバムをぜひ！ライブでやってほしいね４ＴＨ全曲！

結構ヒットしたマイケルJフォックスの映画のサントラを含んでいますが、アルバム全体から浮いた感じはなく聞けます。いい意味で派手で大仰な商業ロックがぎっしり。
