ドリカムのアルバムの中で不思議な雰囲気のする曲が多い気がします。
ちょっと切なくて、なんだか心が浄化されていくかんじ。
あはは、ケロケロ、月光が特に好き。
心に染み入って聞いたあと元気になれる一枚です。

97年に出たアルバム。売り上げは以前のような大ヒットとはいかなかったが、非常に質の高い曲がおさめられています。曲や編曲のクオリティーはいつものように高いのですが、特に吉田美和の歌詞の成熟が、曲に深みを与えています。

原初的な愛を歌った「愛するこころ」は恋愛の奥底にある言葉にならない世界を表現しているし、エロティックな、女性からの誘いを歌った「誘惑」はぞくぞくするほど魅力的。「月光」は性愛の極地、愛する男女が一つになる瞬間、オーガズムを歌っており、官能の悦びを吉田美和が身体いっぱいで表現している。その結果ともいえる、新しい生命の誕生をうたった「よろこびのうた」は音楽的にもアフリカの音楽家との共演など、新境地である。そのほかにも、いつものドリカムらしく日常の恋や愛を歌った曲も多く見られ、盛りだくさんの内容ですが、わけても美和さんの大人っぽさが際立つアルバムです。

This CD is better even than "The Soul" greatest hits CD. It's a "must have" for any DCT fan.
