三曲入りのマキシですが、どの曲もいい。『君ノ瞳ニ恋シテル』の、カバーをした歌手は他にもおりますが、私は林檎さんのが一番好きです。とてもはじけていて、聴いてて気分がいいです。『罪と罰』では、林檎さんの原点というか、ねじれた激しさを感じ、『１７』では、かわいさも顔をみせ、さらりと英語の歌詞をうたってみせるという多彩なマキシシングルです。

椎名林檎のカップリング曲は、彼女の好む世界であろうjazzyな曲や、小洒落た曲が多く、１曲目のインパクトに比べると（林檎ファン意外は）あれれ？って感じになる。

これは２曲目にスタンダードナンバーの思い切りロックなライブ音源（このカバー好きですね、高校時代バンドでやりました）、
３曲目にポップバラードといえる一曲。彼女が高校時代にかいた曲だそうで、いい意味での若さが出てますね。こういうひねくれない曲が最後に入ってるのは珍しいかも。
１枚とおして飽きずに聴けます。

というわけで、ポップファンにも楽しめる１枚。林檎ファンにもおいしい１枚。

間違えて★３つにしてしまいましたが、５つです…。

カップリング曲を聴くためだけに買って損はない。
二曲目の「君の瞳に恋してる」は世界中で多くのアーティストがカバーしてきた名曲だが、今まで聴いた中で最もすぐれたカバーだと思う。演奏、アレンジ、そして椎名林檎のヴォーカル、どこをとっても非の打ち所がなく、繰り返し聴いていると泣けてくる。
二枚組カバーアルバム「唄ひ手冥利」に収録されなかったことが残念でならない。

３曲しか入ってないけど、１曲目は有名な「罪と罰」だし、３曲目のカバーもなかなか良いのです。椎名林檎は基本的に好きなので、おすすめです。
