これほどまでに純粋さが詰まった結晶のような美しい音楽は聴いたことがない。浅井さんの歌詞によく出てくる”純粋さ”の理想郷がここにはある。先日深夜にテレビでユダのライブがあったのだが、1曲目のブラックバタフライはまさに感動の嵐だった。楽器はギターとヴァイオリンだけのシンプルなものだったが、そのシンプルさが胸をしめつけるほど美しかった。アコースティックアルバムではこの作品の右にでるものは無いと思う。それほどまでに美しい。個人的には『７６０』や浅井さんのかすれた声が切ない『ソリ』、淡く儚く悲しい『麦』などが好みだが、他の曲も素晴らしい出来だと思う。また、浅井さん以外のミュージシャンの貢献も大きいような気がする。特にパーカッションが素晴らしい。『水』での、サ!ビのバックで入るバスドラのような音や、『ブラックバタフライ』でのヴァイオリンソロとともに始まる軽快な疾走感のあるパーカッションは秀逸の出来。以後シャーベッツでも活躍する福士さんのキーボードもいいし、感情を直接揺さぶるヴァイオリンも素晴らしい。歌詞カードの裏の浅井さんの絵もほんとに美しい。気にいらない点が全くない、美しさでいえば個人的には今まで聴いてきたアルバムの中でもベスト３に入るアルバムです。

浅井健一氏の活動は創造的です。いくつもの伝説のバンドを作り、フロントマンとして高水準の作品を提供し続ける才能はすごいです。その作品群の中でも私が最も素晴らしいと考えているアルバムが「セキララ」です。このアルバムは日本のロック史上に残る名作です。内容の割りに評価されていないのが残念です。もっと聞かれて良い作品です。

シャーベット（現シャーベッツ）の1st。とにかく詩が素晴らしい。水、ひまわりなんかの詩は素晴らしすぎる。
演奏は比較的シンプルだが、ソリッドなモノでは無くどこか温かい感じも受ける。静と動の対比も気持ち良くじっくりと聴いてもらいたい。
また高音質なのも嬉しい限りだ。
