もちろんジャケットもカッコイイのでオリジナルアルバムで聴くべきですが、
「最強」と呼ばれる伝説のバンド、今なお各方面からリスペクトされまくる清志郎、
に興味を持った人には大変お得なベスト盤。
ジャケットに凝りすぎる事なく、曲順も年代順で、余計なボーナストラックもなく、
ライナーノーツで過去の写真と共に略歴が書いてある。
変に商売っ気が無く、それがかえって、この活動休止した伝説のバンドへのリスペクトを感じさせます。
初心者の方には知らないメロディや聴いた事のないヒット曲がいっぱい。
独特の雰囲気を持った初期の曲もいいですが、
個人的にはCHABOが大好きで、CHABOの加入後から音楽的にも詩的にも大きく広がっていく感じがします。
最強曲「雨上がり」から続く「君が僕を知ってる」がオススメ、
というのを分かっていてくれたら、最高に気持Eです。

　古くからのファンにとってはあまりインパクトのない選曲ではあるが、デビュー曲の「宝くじは買わない」は初登場。それだけの理由で買っても良い。
　仕事を干されていた暗黒時代、宝くじを1枚だけ買った清志郎に、古井戸の加奈崎氏が「”宝くじは買わない”って歌ってるのに、なんで買うんだよ」と突っ込まれたとか。。。

幅広い年齢の方に〜癒しの一枚・・・とレビューしようと思っていたら、以外にも小3の息子が「僕の好きな先生〜」を鼻歌で歌い、友人宅の３歳児も「にじかんさんじゅーごっふんっ」と歌っていました（感涙）。どなたかがおっしゃっていた通り、清志郎の歌は後世にも伝えなければいけない！と、熱く熱く熱〜く思います！初期のアルバムから夢助の中でも、子供が聞いて為になる曲がたくさんあるので、「清志郎song for kids」的なアルバムを作って欲しいと強く願っております！
