日本のロックは,アルバムには力を入れるが,シングル・ヒットをどうも軽視している感じがする。このデュラン・デュランのデビューには,全英ヒットが3曲も含まれ,ポップス先進国イギリスを象徴している。オマケの「プリーズ・テル・ミー…」が嬉しい。
