解散したサポート・バンド、ハンドレッド・メンのキーボード奏者、ポール・ステイタムとのコラボレーションを軸に制作された3年ぶりの作品。ワールド・ミュージック系のプロデューサーとして知られるマイケル・ブルックをギター迎え、サウンドは穏やかだが雄大な雰囲気に。エキセントリックな歌い回しが減ったボーカルが、以前よりもあたたかみのある表情を見せつつ、リスナーのエモーションを掻き立てる。

通算5作目のソロ。プロデュースにEMF、インスパイラル・カーペッツ等を手がけたパスカル・ガブリエルを迎えて製作された１枚。
それまでのバックバンド”ハンドレッド・メン”を解散させ、まさにゼロからのスタートとなった３年ぶりのアルバム。９５年発売。

参加メンバーは〜
●マイケル・ブルック：アンビエント畑のギタリスト。
●ケヴィン・アームストロング：イギリスのセッション系ギタリスト（ケヴィン・エアーズ、デヴィッド・ボウイ、イーノ、等の作品に参加。）
●ポール・ステイタム：元B-MOVIEのギタリスト。

何よりも彼自身方向性が定まっていない感じがする。
そんな中でもトラック６，７の出来はすばらしい。
やはり彼には、彼自身を上手く演出してくれる、パートナーが必要。
残念ながら、この時期の彼の周りにはそんな相手が居なかったようだ・・・。

そんな行き詰まり状態を反映してか、この２年後にバウハウス再結成に・・・。
