私はすでに4回観た傑作平成ガメラの完結のサントラ。前2作同様のイメージを継承して大谷幸が作曲。私はよく言われるハリウッド映画に匹敵する楽曲というよりは,郷愁の怪獣映画のカッコイイ音楽だと思っている。本編大成功の一助であることは間違いなし。

とにかくＥＤ曲がいい！
ファンナルファンタジーVIIIの主題歌を歌った人です。
その他のサントラ曲も臨場感がありますが、平成ガメラ
シリーズでは一番耳に残る歌だと思います
（正直、１と２の主題歌は煩いだけでした）。

「ガメラ３　邪神イリス覚醒」の音楽は前二作から進化しているとは言い切れません。
前二作に全くなかった超古代文明を描く呪術的で妖しげな音楽が突然現れ、それが主体になったことが観客を戸惑わせ、もはや観客皆に支持されるものではなくなってしまったようです。
ただそれを補うためか３の音楽は前二作以上に映像との同調が図られたそうです。
そして何といっても、伴奏が三つのタイプの中で最も力強く壮大にアレンジされた主題歌「もういちど教えてほしい」の存在です。
これを歌うユリアーナ・シャノーもその伴奏に合わせ、９９年でまだ１８歳の高校生だったとは思えないその歌唱力を充分に発揮しています。
また他にも伴奏が優しく控えめに演奏されている、映画本編をＤＶＤなどで鑑賞しないと聴けないタイプもあります。
彼女はこちらではその伴奏に合わせて優しく歌い、サントラ版のような壮大な力強さはないものの、三つのタイプの中で最も落ち着きのある優しい曲に仕上げています。
２で主体となっていた自衛隊の作戦行動を描く勇ましい曲はすっかり影を潜めて２４番「自衛隊出動」くらいのものになり、前述のようにもはや観客皆に支持されるものではなくなってしまった３の音楽ですが、主題歌を否定する意見だけは聞きませんし、この主題歌が聴けることも３の大きな魅力であると言えます。
