何もかもが完璧でカッコいいライブなんてそうあるもん無いですが、このライブは何もかもが完璧でカッコいいです。

DVDやLDには収録されていない「HE IS COMMING~ショーケントレイン~」や「ムーン・シャイン」など名曲がずらり、80年代にこんなすごいライブがあったのか！と思わずにはいられない名盤です。

現在、音楽活動休止中のショーケンが８０年代後半に放ったスタジオ録音を遥かに上回る熱いライブ！　VIDEO版（これもマスト！）に含まれていた「シャララ」未収録が悔やまれるが曲も演奏も完璧でショーケンのライブ盤の中でもベストの出来！　ミッキー吉野のファンキーなピアノから始まる1ショーケントレインや井上タカユキ、速見キヨシのツボを押さえた渋いギター、役割をわきまえたフュージョン界の大御所・渡辺健のベース、サックス鈴木アキオも激渋プレイで唸らされます！　日本でこれほどカリスマ性をもったシンガーはショーケンと上田正樹と和田アキコくらいでしょうか？　初心者はまずぶっ飛ばされますヨ！

このライブで音楽活動を引退することになっていた（その後復帰）ので、観客もこれまで以上の盛り上がり。荒々しさもあるけれど、ショーケンの音楽活動の集大成的な意味を持った一枚です。日本のライブ盤でも最高の部類です。
