他の方のレビューにもありますが、なぜDVD化されないのか全く以って解せません。
文句なくの中では邦画No.1です。実際に１億円担いで走った演技。
犯人たちの意外な繋がり。
そして、明かされてく真実。
犯人の首謀者と、その本当の思惑。
正直、最後は泣いちゃいました。
大傑作です。文句のつけようがありません。
ホントにDVD化、熱望！

　邦画人気低迷の中で、是非観ていただきたい邦画のひとつ。この作品がどうして話題にならないのか、DVD化されていないのかが不思議なほど。
　叩上げのベテラン刑事（渡哲也）とプロファイリングを身につけたアメリカ帰りの若手刑事（永瀬正敏）が、前代未聞の誘拐事件に立ち向かう。“前代未聞”――犯人は身代金受け渡しのテレビ中継を要求。犯人の狙いは？
　都心を中心に行われた大ロケーション、先の読めない展開……兎にも角にも、お薦め。

当方、公開時に劇場で観ました。日本映画の力を感じました。DVD化されれば直ちに購入致します。脚本、俳優陣の演技、演出、カメラ・ワーク、音楽と、どれをとっても高レヴェルでしかもこれらのバランスが良い。皆様にも自信を以てお勧め致します。

事件の意外な真相にただ涙が出てきます。
何だか隠れた邦画の名作だと思います。
渡哲也いい作品選ぶわ~。
