体に効く『BODY　OF　GONTITI』に対し、こちらは『心に効く』ベストアルバム。『ANOTHER　MOOD』から『IN　THE　GARDEN』までのアルバム７枚の中から選曲された名曲10曲＋『BIRD　AND　CAT』『UN-DECORATED　SPRING』の２曲で構成されていますが、選曲のセンスも構成のセンスも抜群！アルバムの最初から最後までメロディーの流れに一切ムダがありません。夏でも冬でも、朝でも夜でも、いつ聞いても心が元気になるまさにベストアルバムです。最近の洗練されてきたゴンチチサウンドとはまた違った、ゴンチチの魅力にきっと取りつかれることでしょう。

TV、ラジオの番組のBGM♪でも良く耳にする曲が多く入っていますが、なんとなく落ち込んだ時･･･のんびりと聴いていると心がなごみますね。ほんとうの優しい自分に戻れる時間を提供してくれます。お気に入りです。聴き飽きしないし、優しいメロディに気持ちがなごみます。SPIRIT OF GONTITI 家庭に是非１枚如何ですか？優しい方の癒しの素材として･･･オススメですよ。

初めてゴンチチを聴く人にとって、このアルバムは「入門篇」でしょう。また、ゴンチチファンに人気がある事でも有名。
ＣＤショップにはまだ在庫があるので、比較的手に入れやすいアルバムと言えます。
最近もベスト盤が発売されましたがそれはもう少しゴンチチを知ってから！
初心者の方はまずここから始めましょう。

※また、このアルバムに印刷されているエピックマーク、結構気に入っているのですが、最近は新しいマークになっているので当時のＣＤでしか見ることが出来ません。
そこがレアだと思います。（プレミアもの）
