音楽は自分の幻想と結びついているといいますが、これを聴いているとタカとユージの追跡場面や、事件が解決してほっとした一息するシーンが、目に浮かんできます。ふつうのポップスはアーティストのライブ場面が曲と結びついているのですが、サントラ盤はそのTVをみていた時代や、情景が思い出されるので、このように刑事ドラマでは珍しい悲壮感のないストーリーはいつまでも自分の青春時代と重なり楽しい思い出となって残るはずです。

横浜を舞台にして、ちょっぴり「和製マイアミ・バイス」してた･･･あぶない刑事。主役の舘ひろしさんと、柴田恭平さん･･･すごくキマってた。港署の、中条静雄さん、山西道弘さん、仲村トオルさん、ベンガルさん、浅野温子さん・・・みんなよかった。

このＣＤを聞いていると、夕方の再放送を観ていた頃が、頭に浮かんできます。
タカとユージが日産レパードで疾走していたり、山下公園や中華街を散策。はたまた犯人との銃撃戦などなど。
また心を和ます曲や、踊らされる様な曲は今聴いても、劣っていない気がします。

特に最後に収録されているテーマミュージック「あぶない刑事」を、耳にするだけでも価値のある一枚だと思います。
