　映画の内容が批判をうんだこの映画ですが内容とは関係なくサントラに収録されてる曲は素晴らしいです。テーマ曲のように使われていたエルガーのチェロ協奏曲は名盤とうたわれてる６５年盤からではなく７０年盤からのものが収録されています。デュ　プレの生前演奏したテイクが使用されてるものはこれだけで他は他の演奏家がこの映画のために演奏したオリジナルの映画音楽が収録されています
　映画を見てデュ　プレの演奏した曲を一枚聴いてみたいと思った映画音楽ファンにはお勧めな一枚です。
